About Hometown Holiday Lights

Hometown Holiday Lights started with a simple idea: families should be able to enjoy a holiday display without spending the season climbing ladders, sorting lights, or chasing repairs. Owner Micah Downs grew up in Georgetown and began installing Christmas lights at 17. More than 13 years of hands-on work later, he leads a local company that designs and installs custom displays for homeowners across Central Texas.

That Georgetown connection still shapes the way Hometown Holiday Lights works. Micah personally answers the phone and stays involved when customers need help, while the team plans each display around the home instead of fixed packages. From custom-cut roofline lighting and careful installation to responsive in-season service, removal, and storage, the goal is to make the experience straightforward and dependable. The company has installed more than 1,000 homes across Central Texas and continues helping families create memorable holiday displays.

Hometown Holiday Lights serves Georgetown, TX, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, and Leander. Explore the service area or request a free consultation.
